Legacy of the Ancients
The Legend of Blacksilver
Seems strange I haven't seen either mentioned before but maybe they're not good candidates for conversion. Fun RPGs to revisit while waiting for Nox Archaist, though!

Okay, I have a clean copy of that one.

Good plan. Nox Archaist is going to be great.

I would like to request some games if possible
Super Puckman (ver2.3 by ADO soft. I think this is the original version before it got hacked into many variants)
Boulder Dash II
Pengo
Apple Invaders (great example of how to port an arcade game to the Apple II)
Autobahn

Autobahn is done now.
Apple Invaders is actually Micro Invaders, part of Total Replay already.
Pengo looks unfinished. It loads a high-score table but never reads or writes it again. It's done now, anyway.
Boulder Dash II is done now.

I have not seen any copy of this one.

Super Puckman ver2.3 - These are the only two disks that I could find with the game. The top one still contains the title page.
ASIMOV: /images/games/file_based/Puck-Man, Repton.dsk
ASIMOV: /images/games/collections/Jogos_Disks/JOGOS1.DSK
Apple Invader: My mistake. It's called Apple Invader and not Apple Invaders which is another name for Micro Invaders. Apple Invader is a near perfect port of the arcade. So much so that it was one of Jordan Mechner's inspirations. Gameplay is much better than Micro Invaders. It's confusing because on the following disk image, in the menu, it is called Super Invader but titled Apple Invader once the game loads.
ASIMOV: /images/games/file_based/appleinvaders_keyboardappleinvaders _galaxywars_invasionforce_stellarinvaders_superinvader.dsk
If you don't fancy doing another space invaders conversion then that's cool.. I'm happy to give it a crack.
Can't thank you enough for doing these conversions.
Cheers,
Alex.

That comes for free with the ProDOS port. Since they're files, you can just copy them to a hard disk and run from there.
Check the "new ProDOS ports" thread for announcements. Pool of Radiance is done.

Sundog boots under Holodeck already as a test case.
I haven't tried playing it, though, so there are probably "insert disk" prompts to remove.

In fact, this is the reason I started doing ProDOS ports.
ProDOS is pretty much device-agnostic, and if a program simply uses ProDOS
calls to access the disk, it can use any drive that works with. I knew
that 5.25" disks would ultimately fail, that drives from the time period
would ultimate fail, that people would ultimately be using modern devices
instead - and knew that DOS 3.3 file cracks would often not work on
ProDOS, so I decided to try to start doing ProDOS file cracks.
(I haven't done nearly the quantity or quality of these cracks as qkumba
did, but since I did have skin in the game I figured I'd jump in with my
two cents.)

The Wizardry series is currently a test-case in Holodeck. We haven't worked out yet how we will allow transferring characters between 1 and 2, but they boot and run.
Ultima II - I have not seen a clean version.
I've added the others to my list.

I can create a disk image on the hard disk, but the filename is a problem. I suppose that I could just pick the next number in a sequence, like Passport does.
Holodeck will probably solve this. You'd be able to select the target image on start.

I actually created a tool some time ago that pulls the data off a
Gamemaker disk and creates a BIN file.
http://1.buric.co/gameroller2.zip
Basically, the formatter places a loader on the disk, plus 5 BIN files.
This could be fudged by formatting a disk, writing PRODOS, a .SYSTEM file,
and the 5 files, perhaps...

Are you running it from GS/OS or just from ProDOS 8? GS/OS is likely to
bring instability to qkumba's ProDOS ports, so it's better to run just
ProDOS 8. You can run P8 from the same GS/OS parition of your MDT by
holding down the '8' key very early on in the boot process (and past
the MDT keypress about which partition to boot from).

Yes, I ran it first from GS/OS and when that didn't work, I then ran it from the FloppyEmu in SmartPort mode, same issue. Same for ProDOS mode. Crashes whenever you view an archer, whether the existing one or a new one.
