Despite almost nothing sensible being done with it, all the legal
rights for "Amiga", "Commodore", and all associated properties
(including the old machines) are already owned by someone else,
although it's almost anyone's guess who owns what thanks to changing
hands and being split up so many times.
A "replica" is also rather pretty pointless ... even more pointless if
it's one of those silly "mini" versions of old tech that seem to be a
current fad.
