Here: http://spiro.trikaliotis.net/opencbm

You find the following sentences as first ones:

VERSION 0.4.99.99 (RC) (September 5th, 2017)

Fixed the xum1541cfg.exe tool for Windows, which was a totally wrong,
old tool before.

The installation is covered in the manual. Please check it in order to
uninstall OpenCBM.

(Note that the last sentence misses the word "also", that is, it should
read: "Please check it *also* in order to uninstall OpenCBM.")

Surprisingly, the word "manual" is even a link to the manual:

http://opencbm.trikaliotis.net/

If anything is missing there (prerequisites for building is a good
point!), then it can be added.

Regards,
Spiro.
