I finally got a response from GCE. I'm paraphrasing the letter I got from
them because I left it home (sorry).
No, we don't tell anyone about the innards of the Vectrex. This
is because we are in a very competetive business and don't wish to
help our competitors.
We are reconsidering this policy because we realize that people
outside GCE may have a contribution to make.
We will notify you if this policy changes. We will make the decision
in four to six weeks.
