Hi everybody,
I recently got my hands on a Powerforce Dual G4 CPU upgrade, incorrectly
installed in a Sawtooth with a 100MHz bus. I'd like to be able to use this
in a DA or Quicksilver, but I'm trying to find more information first. I
eventually found this manual hosted on OWC
( https://eshop.macsales.com/tech_center/manuals/powerlogix/74 477457/tower.pdf)
which is correct to my upgrade. However, I can't yet find a disk image of
the firmware updater tool.

I've sent out a few emails to companies like OWC and other mac parts
resellers to see if they have anything laying around, but haven't heard
back yet. If anyone here could point me in the right direction I'd greatly
appreciate it.

Thanks!
John

Okay, I haven't tested it yet, but I did find what seems to be the correct
firmware updater image here. I'll test it this evening.
