I have a copy which I purchased about a year ago from Gladstone
Electronics. The cost was $10.00 at the time.

Assuming that Gladstone is still in business, try to get it through
them. I believe they are in upstate New York (Rochester or Buffalo).
I have not seen any of their ads since SYNC died.

Such is widely available, at least here in England under the name of
'The Complete Sinclair ZX-81 Rom Dissasembly'
If there is not available a '1000 version, a copy of this would be suitable
as the only difference between the two machines is the PAL/NTSC video
   output routines.
If it is not available in the States, try mail-order via some UK magazine.
