The latest issue of PC World that reached my doorstep last night
announced a product by a Seattle firm for video enhancing that costs
$79.95. It claims to have sixteen shades of gray, and also acts
as an amplifier so that you can connect multiple monitors without
any loss of signal.

I simply set my monitor by executing 'mode bw80' at startup and found that
most programs (e.g. IBM Personal and Professional editors) can handle
my Amdek 300g.
