If you use a TOPS-20 system, and would like to keep track of the
latest developments and releases of the TOPS-20 version of MODEM, send
a request to be added to INFO-MODEMXX-REQUEST@SIMTEL20.

The latest release of MODEM (305) includes fixes to support the MONITR
5.4 (and up) restriction on multiple JFNs on a TTY (to be able to use
it with DIAL in a superior fork), and a minor fix to take care of
problems with "duplicate filename"-type errors when retrying a failed
upload.
