For example, I found reference that Jerry had uploaded patent information
on the swyftcard to Bill’s site but I don’t see this material in the
Wayback Machine.
If Jerry is still around and still has this material I’d be interested in
making a copy available to Jeff Mazur for possible use with the ROM X
project.
Thanks

I have two swyftcard patent PDF files (I generated them from uspto.gov).
I have uploaded them to asimov, and I can email them to you if you like.
2324952 Oct 21 2007 patents/swyftcard-patent-05019806.pdf
4230982 Oct 22 2007 patents/swyftcard-patent-4806916.pdf
They are in the pub/apple_II/incoming directory for now, until the
maintainer moves them to documentation/ somewhere.

I believe Bill died last summer.
I downloaded most (probably all) of his files. I didn't see any
swyftcard documents but if there is something else you need let me know
or if you or someone else wants to host them let me know.
There are about 16GB of files.

Searching by patent number also turns up these links, which are viewable
now:
https://patents.google.com/patent/US4806916A/en
https://patents.google.com/patent/US5019806A/en
Interesting that it appears to be built around Forth...some recent browsing
around turned up Collapse OS, which is also Forth-based and has an Apple II
port:

The Apple II port seems pretty rudimentary. I've toyed a while with trying
to contribute an enhancement - primarily ProDOS disk I/O support via MLI.
But I need to stop getting side tracked...

Hello Steven,
There's no need to be registered for downloading swyftcard zip file.
Just click on Download Button :-()

Well, you first have to click the "I agree" button and then you get to
the download button.

Clicking the download button (the down-arrow-looking thing) worked for me.
