Sharing here also my updated version of SOS that will boot directly from Prodos block mode cards. This includes an updated ROM and Bootloader to support this.

You can find the details here:
https://github.com/robjustice/soshdboot

And prebuilt disk images under the releases page:
https://github.com/robjustice/soshdboot/releases

There is a Selector /// based image that is based on the Apple3rtr BOS image with additions. I have also included a Plasma one that boots nice and fast into the command line!

There are a few more updates for those with the Titan cards (both versions) included on the Selector images, no need to boot these from floppy now. And also, this now gives the ability if you have either of these Titan setups to boot Prodos from the same hardisk that you booted SOS from. See the readme on github for more info.

Let me know if you have any issues. I've done a fair bit of testing on different combinations of hardware, so hopefully its fairly stable.

/Rob

Very nice work. I'll miss booting from floppy when you start selling
physical ROMs because I'll be buying one from you.

Rob,

I am very interested in your Apple III boot work. It sounds fantastic! When you have firmware available, I hope you'll post its availability here.
