Color pictorial in LIFE magazine describing electronics in 1945.

(Also note New York Central RR ad a few pages back for luxury
coach service.)

I’ve decided I LOATHE the google books interface, especially for magazines.
Having to hit the little icon to enlarge instead of using ctrl/+ or a
gesture on the ipad. Also there’s altogether too much “junk” on the page
instead of just presenting the text.
