Hearings tomorrow in Dallas, TX at 10 AM CDT in the Vic Mignogna case include efforts by the defendants to win the case with prejudice under Texas anti-SLAPP law, the TCPA.

Also, Mignogna has been subpoenaed for various reasons for the hearing.
