UN Spacy Moonbase in "Macross II", maybe Moon scenes were included in the Gundam compilation films, Sailor Moon may have gone into some aspect of its Silver Millennium, "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" may mention the gate accident which broke up the Moon in the Bebop universe. Akira didn't quite get to destroying the Moon in the movie, so I'm at a loss.

"Turn A Gundam" is about the humans who are living on the Moon who plan to return to Earth. It gives a fair amount of story in bits and pieces of what things are like in the moon colonies.
"Oh Edo Rocket" is about a moon "princess" and ends up on the moon.
Saitama in "One Punch Man" does some unplanned damage to the moon.
In the "EVA" remake movies it appears that Seele is located on the moon.
The Teacher in "Assassination Classroom" is accused of destroying much of the moon.
In "Land of the Lustrous" moon denizens regularly travel to the earth to try to capture the crystal people as well as the "squid" people.

Oh yeah, I forgot - There are several major battles on the moon in "Zegapain".

That reminds me, I'm not sure how far I got in the second and third disks of Moonlight Mile. I guess a 4 to 6 episode OVA could be allowed. Like, say, Freedom, if that came in a reasonably-priced package.

Planetes has extended scenes, and even whole episodes set on the moon.
In End of Evangelion Rei's blood spatters end on the moon.

I can't think of any series or movies that are "about" the moon, but
there are several shows that mention it. In DB/Z, the moon makes the
sayans change to their great ape form, and was destroyed (and presumably
restored) at least twice. In the show Planetes (one of my favorites),
there is a small colony on the moon.

The E-mail associated with the account is a "spamcatcher" account that I
got to every couple of months to empty out, and anything sent to it will
not be seen for probably several months, if it is seen at all.
