I think it depends if you're going to
do this with a single disk drive or
two.

For dual drives of any type, I really
like CMD's FCOPY+. It was originally
supposed to be for their hard drives,
etc, but it works with everything.

For single file copying, Maverick has a
decent copier. Also, if you get a
hold of the Super Snapshot 5 cartridge,
its copier will use any extra RAM
that you have.

If you're using Jiffydos, it also has a
built in copier though I've never
used it.

Hello, and Maverick V5 was a great all-around copier including
parameters for dealing with copy-protection schemes. There was even a
sector editor for GEOS-formatted disks. Maverick was the one package
that "did it all".

Having said all that, for speed and ease-of-use with one or two 1541
drives, no one IMHO could top Basement Boys Software's "Fast Hack'em"
coded by Mike Henry. And it worked on stock (unmodified) 1541 drives.
Sincerely,

I thank you for your offer, but I can't download from there without registering, and I'm not ready to register at this time. :( BTW, somebody gave me what I needed. :)
