"I have read and I fully support the ten affirmations. I have signed, and I solemnly swear to abide by, the ten promises of the Tenth Amendment Pledge. "

With those words Libertarian Party of Florida gubernatorial candidate Adrian Wyllie has signed and submitted Tenth Amendment Center's 10th Amendment Pledge.

Wyllie said earlier this week "I promise that, if elected, I will defend all Floridians from any unconstitutional Congressional act, Executive Order or United Nations mandate. We will not submit to unlawful federal or international authority, and we will assert our inalienable rights via the Ninth and Tenth Amendments."

Adrian Wyllie is the first Florida candidate for Governor to sign the 10A Pledge.

Mr. Wyllie, a military veteran and small businessman from Dunedin is also the Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Florida. He is well known for his heroic stance in refusing to participate in Florida's unconstitutional and privacy invading compliance with the federal REAL ID "mandate." Wyllie also struck a blow for privacy when he and his son exposed and defeated Pinellas County School system employees who were brow beating students into accepting palm scans. http://beatthechip.blogspot.com/2013/01/how-pinellas-county- beat-biometrics-and.html

Mr.Wyllie is also well known, along with Alexander Snitker (a 10A Pledge Signer in 2010) as the founder of the 1787 Radio Network. Their show can be heard live Friday mornings on WTAN-AM 1340 and is also live streamed and archived on the web at http://1787network.com/
