Yes, Electronic Arts Deluxe Paint and most, if not all, or their other
packages *are* copy protected.  I believe that they have some policy
regarding duplicate copies (please contact them directly).

Side notes:

	1) They (someone at EA with the power to make decisions) think 
that it is necessary/desirable to use copy protection.

	2) You may not agree.

	3) I think product reviews including whether or not copy protection
is used are valuable.  Please keep it up.

	4) PLEASE! Do not use this group to discuss the pros and cons of
copy protection!  If you don't agree with EA tell *them* (and other 
manufactures).  We (the customers) have heard it all before.
