I took a quick look at iFixIt earlier, and I didn’t see any obvious guide on building a PRAM battery. I did see guides on replacing the PRAM battery with another assembly, but nothing on making one yourself.
It has been a *long* time since I looked, but ISTR that the PRAM batteries in Wallstreets were just a bunch of series wired VL2330 lithium-ion cells that were spot welded with tabs and then wrapped in plastic to hold them together. You could probably build your own for a couple bucks. These cells seem to be $10-20 each on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=vl2330 Maybe you can find them cheaper elsewhere.
First generation TiBook PRAM batteries can be bought new on Amazon for less than $15. I’d recommend just going that route and saving yourself the trouble or trying to build your own: http://www.amazon.com/NEW-Powerbook-Titanium-Replacement-bat tery/dp/B004Y6A4HU
