Which "era" of MST3K did you prefer? I cant really decide as both eras
had classic eps (CC had Manos, both Santa Claus films, and Zombie
Nightmare, but sci-fi had Pumaman and Werewolf).

Gotta go with the Sci Fi Channel era. I always preferred the Joel
episodes to the Mike episodes.

Agreed. Also, by the time the show went to Comedy Central, it was old
and tired. IIRC they'd intended to end it earlier than they did, but
the deal from CC to continue was too sweet.

Most Joel episodes were on Comedy Central.
