211--First Spaceship on Venus
706--Laserblast
904--(Arizona) Werewolf
1004--Future War

Tom Carberry (#45505, and not a bad list)

For an in-between volume, maybe (although, why do they always have the
Sci-Fi Channel preoccupation whenever they switch ownership??)

For a 20th-Anniversary set, lordy, what the Sam J. Jones were they
thinking? 0_0???

Derek Janssen (oh, thank you--We get Future War and a *figurine*...)

Agreed.

I love that they're all color, decently edited and non-dramas. Those
are my preferences for an MST3k type movie.

Unlike Daddy-O, or Girl in Gold Boots, these are all movies I could
imagine actually getting all the way through (at least when I was
younger) even without the MST-ing.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind more Joel, or at least pre-Sci-Fi Channel
episodes.

Is this the "20th Anniversary" set? Hmm. I could see where you'd
want more seminal, or more representative episodes...

Maybe they're thinking that, if the show ever came back, it would most
likely be with at least Mike Nelson and Kevin Murphy, so they tried to
kind of load up on episodes featuring them...?

Well ... hm. I like the whole set of episodes, although it's
only Laserblast which stands out as obviously having a connection to
the 20th Anniversary.

I do remember having a friend try to watch Laserblast -- and
this at a convention -- but just being broken by getting through the
many long scenes of vague people wandering in search of an editor.
And he'd liked The Castle Of Fu-Manchu, which I have quite the problem
processing.

The "20th Anniversary" part is their including the ComiCon reunion
interviews.
That and Laserblast is, um...about it, really. 0_o??

(While over on the discussion boards, they're discussing the rights
status of whether it actually *had* been possible to get "Crawling Eye",
"Diabolik" or "Rocketship X-M".)

Derek Janssen (oh well, five more years till a 25th Anniversary set :( )
