On page 2-64 of the Technical Reference Manual, IBM mentions
"Interrupt Level (Vertical Retrace) Level 2".

What does this mean? In my ATARI home computer I can use a vertical
blank interrupt to write better games. I'd like to do the same sort
of thing on my IBM; does anybody know how to do it?

P.S. It's useful for non-game programs, too.
